Education: Professional Experience:
1973 Started his professional career as a Field Assistant Engineer for the company Constructora de Anza in Hermosillo. Posteriormente se desempeña como Auxiliar Técnico in the City of Hermosillo Engineering Department. 1974-1976 Participated with the General Board of Airports of the Secretary of Communications and Transports, in the project to increase the capacity of the International Airport in Hermosillo. He served as a Field Assistant Engineer in the construction of the main Highway, as well as the construction of a new Terminal building, a project which he used for his Thesis "Design and Construction of the main Highway for the International Airport in Hermosillo", and earned him to graduate with honors. 1976-1982 Participated as a Field Engineer, for the construction company Satélite de Hermosillo, and works in many subdivisions in the cities of Hermosillo, Guaymas, City of Obregón, Navojoa, Sonora y Mexicali, B.C. Simultaneously, he is in charge of infrastructure projects in other cities. In 1979, with the same company, he is promoted to be in charge of the Board of Construction of Homes. 1983-1994 During 1983, he starts his own business I. Constructores, S.A. de C.V. working in projects such as: Subdivisions, Private Homes, Schools and Universities, Govermental buildings, Commercial buildings, among others. 1994-1995 Participates as a Project Manager for Inmobiliaria Canoras, S.A. de C.V. in the construction of the commercial building Price Club (now COSTCO), in the construction of 10 movie theatres for Cinemark 10 Metrocentro, in the construction of the commercial development Galerias Metrocentro with its own 3 story parking structure, and in the construction of the business area Negoplaza, which includes 3 buildings of 5, 4 y 2 stories and an underground parking level. 1995-2003 Participated in the construction of the expansion of Universidad del Noroeste, Campus Villa UNO. Some projects include a Civic Plaza, an open air Amphitheatre, laboratories for Physics and Chemistry, construction of building "C" for classrooms, installationf of water lines, general improvements, among others. In 1997, he is in charge of 18 miles of highway improvements for the International Highway in Magdalena, Sonora. 2004-2005
