A total of 928 homes with its required urban infrastructure have been constructed since the company started in 1983. These homes have been built in the norhtwest side of the country, such as Hermosillo, Guaymas, City of Obregón, Navojoa, and Mexicali.


Some projects include the installation of underground phone lines, water lines, and sewer lines in cities such as Hermosillo, Puerto Libertad, Bacoachi, Ures, and City of Obregón.

We have been involved in projects such as the installation of asphalt concrete in the main streets of Hermosillo, the improvement of urban streets in Prourbe Hermosillo, the installation of asphalt concrete for the main access at Universidad del Noroeste. We also participated in the improvement of 8 miles for the International Higway in Magdalena, Sonora.

Carlos F. Sánchez Bours participated in the construction of Price Club (now COSTCO), the business 5 story building Negoplaza Metrocentro, and the movie theatre Cinemark Metrocentro, located in the city of Hermosillo, Sonora. We have also participated in projects with the Government of Sonora, and the construction of Campus Villa UNO, in Hermosillo, Sonora.

We have built classrooms for the Government of Sonora, as well as buildings "A", "B" and "C" with a total area of 30,000 SF in Campus Villa UNO, Hermosillo, Sonora.
 


Out of these developments, and other small projects, we have obtain experience and built a relationship with many professional institutions such as Infonavit, Comisión Federal de Electricidad, Fovissste, Sidur, Indeur, Capfce, SCT, Dirección General de Aeropuertos, Isssteson, Iniciativa Privada, and others.
